Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket, registering a car, or attending any Black Tie Tour event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. EVENT ELIGIBILITY

1.1 All attendees must be 18+ unless otherwise approved in writing.

1.2 Drivers must hold a valid driver’s licence and carry it during the event.

1.3 Vehicles must be roadworthy, registered (unless it is a track event), and insured to participate.

2. TICKETS & REGISTRATION

2.1 All ticket sales are final unless a refund policy is stated for that specific event.

2.2 Tickets are non-transferable without prior approval from Black Tie Tour.

2.3 Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee:

• a showcase parking position,
• a driving position in the convoy,
• or access to restricted or VIP areas.
  These are allocated at our discretion.

2.4 Black Tie Tour reserves the right to decline any registration or cancel any ticket for safety, conduct, or brand suitability reasons, with a refund where appropriate.

3. EVENT ENTRY & CONDUCT

3.1 Entry may be refused or revoked for behaviour that is unsafe, disrespectful, unlawful, or disruptive.

3.2 Dangerous driving, burnouts, aggressive revving, hooning, drifting, or any illegal vehicle behaviour results in immediate ejection and potential permanent bans.

3.3 Alcohol consumption must follow venue laws; intoxicated guests may be refused participation.

3.4 Dress codes (e.g., Black Tie) are mandatory for applicable events.

4. SAFETY & RESPONSIBILITY

4.1 By attending, you acknowledge that automotive events involve inherent risks including driving hazards, road conditions, mechanical failure, weather, and actions of other participants.

4.2 You understand and accept that you participate at your own risk.

4.3 Black Tie Tour is not responsible for:

• injury, loss, or death;
• damage to vehicles;
• theft or loss of property;
• mechanical issues or breakdowns;
• transport delays;
• any incident caused by another participant.
  4.4 All participants must obey Australian road laws, venue regulations, and staff instructions.

5. MEDIA, PHOTOGRAPHY & FILMING

5.1 All Black Tie Tour events are professionally photographed and filmed.

5.2 By attending, you grant full permission for your image, voice, vehicle, and likeness to be used in:

• marketing content,
• social media,
• trailers,
• documentaries,
• promotional materials,
  without compensation or approval.
  5.3 This consent is perpetual and irrevocable.

6. CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & FORCE MAJEURE

6.1 Events may be cancelled, delayed, or modified due to:

• severe weather,
• safety concerns,
• venue issues,
• low ticket numbers,
• or circumstances beyond our control.
  6.2 If an event is cancelled by us, a refund may be issued (minus ticketing or processing fees).
  6.3 If an event is rescheduled, tickets automatically transfer to the new date.
  6.4 No refunds are provided for inability to attend the rescheduled date.

7. EVENT STRUCTURE & CHANGES

7.1 Black Tie Tour reserves the right to change or adjust:

• the event schedule,
• start/finish locations,
• routes,
• dining arrangements,
• entertainment,
• or included experiences
  without prior notice.
  7.2 Adjustments do not entitle attendees to a refund.

8. VEHICLE SHOWCASE & PARKING

8.1 Showcase parking is limited and curated.

8.2 Vehicles may be moved or repositioned at staff request for safety or filming reasons.

8.3 Any car found leaking fluids, presenting hazards, or behaving unsafely may be removed from display.

9. ALCOHOL & BEHAVIOUR

9.1 Some events include licensed venues; responsible service of alcohol applies.

9.2 Guests must not drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

9.3 Staff and venue management may refuse service or participation at any time.

10. LIABILITY WAIVER

10.1 By attending, you waive any claim against Black Tie Tour, its owners, contractors, sponsors, partners, and staff for:

• loss, injury, death, or property damage arising from event participation.
  10.2 You agree to indemnify Black Tie Tour against any claims arising from your actions, vehicle, behaviour, or breach of these Terms.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

11.1 All logos, branding, imagery, film, and content are property of Black Tie Tour.

11.2 You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

12. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

12.1 By purchasing a ticket, registering a vehicle, or attending an event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
